As a not-for-profit registered charity, our mission is to support families through the trauma of loss, allowing them to grieve without the financial burden of a commercial funeral. Our team is available 24/7 to arrange the transfer of your loved one into our care, no matter where you are in Victoria.

Our Service Options

No Cost

Our no-cost/sponsored offering is designed for those who have no financial means to cover funeral costs. This option provides a simple, direct cremation or burial at no cost to the family. This service ensures a respectful disposition for those with limited or no social support networks.

Low Cost

Our low-cost/part-sponsored offering supports families who can contribute some funds towards a funeral but cannot afford commercial rates. This option includes a simple chapel cremation at our Oakleigh facility . Families contribute what they can, and we provide the funeral, ensuring no family incurs debt due to funeral expenses.

At Cost Family Care Service

Our at cost Family Care Service offering caters to families at risk of financial distress from funeral expenses. This service provides professional funeral services at cost, maintaining the family’s independence and dignity while alleviating financial burden. It includes an external cremation or burial with a single-location service component, designed to prevent financial distress and debt.

Our no cost services help those in extreme financial distress, and we provide low cost services such as a Private Unattended Cremation from as little as $990

This includes:

• Legal Death Certificate
• Medical Certificate
• Mortuary Care
• Transfer within Melbourne Metro
• Eco-Casket

Crematorium or Cemetery Fees are additional

In addition to the above inclusions, families may choose to utilise our chapel to spend some quiet time with their loved one, before their final journey. This chapel time can be by way of a viewing or closed-coffin sitting, and we can offer time in the chapel for a small fee. This time in the chapel is unstructured, and families may choose to play some music, just to quietly sit and contemplate or to share stories  about their loved one.
