Our Company Culture

Teamwork, comradery and partnership are the cornerstones of our culture, which extends to the families we help. What’s more, our clients and their families feel cared for and supported because our team lives by our culture daily.

With the input of our whole team we developed the seven points of the Bereavement Assistance culture in order to continuously improve the team’s performance and to focus on supporting our clients and their families.

Our Staff

We are dedicated to integrating our Vision, Purpose and Culture in everything we do, which starts with our team. We are committed to creating genuine team harmony through continuously improving how we communicate, interact and understand each other.

Our staff all share the same strong service ethos and are committed to our vision:

“To meet the growing need of the Victorian community falling below the poverty line by providing financial relief and emotional support for people affected by death… leaving them free to grieve”

Our staff is like family to us, which is why we provide personal and professional development; health and well-being workshops; and a social club. We believe when our staff is encouraged, then the families we help will also feel supported and cared for.

About the Team

Our dedicated team comprises of like-minded individuals from different cultural, linguistic, ethnic and social backgrounds, who have a service-driven ethos and are passionate about helping families and individuals.
